What's the minimum number of players required for a party booking?
We require a minimum of 8 players for all party packages. This ensures that everyone has an amazing experience with our multiplayer games and tournament activities. For larger groups, we can accommodate up to 24 players across our gaming stations.
Are your events suitable for children?
Yes! We offer age-appropriate gaming experiences for children. Our staff will ensure that all games played during children's parties are suitable for their age group. We recommend our packages for children aged 8 and above. Adult supervision is required for parties with children under 13.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekend slots which tend to fill up quickly. For larger events or peak times (school holidays), booking 4-6 weeks ahead is advisable.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
While we offer a variety of food and drink options through our add-on packages, we do allow you to bring your own birthday cake at no additional charge. For all other outside food and drinks, there is a small corkage fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your own refreshments.
What games are available during parties?
We have an extensive library of multiplayer games suitable for group play and tournaments. Popular options include Fortnite, Minecraft, Rocket League, Counter-Strike, League of Legends, and many more. If you have specific games in mind, let us know during booking and we'll ensure they're installed and ready for your event.
Is there a deposit required to secure a booking?
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. For large corporate events, different payment terms may apply.
